Eligibility
To teach in Thailand you need to have a passport from an English speaking country or speak English fluently. You also must be a graduate in any subject. You do not need to be a teacher, have completed a TEFL certificate or have teaching experience to apply. Having teaching experience is a definite advantage but is not essential. Having a TEFL certificate can improve your chances of receiving job offers from schools in Thailand.
Location: We currently have positions available in the Northeast of Thailand. Provinces include Chaiyaphum, Khon Kean, Burriram, Roiet, Sisaket, Marasarakam and Korat. We also have limited positions available in Central, South and Northern Thailand.
Contract Length: 4 or 8 months. Semester-to- semester contracts with the option of renewing
Starting Salary: 31,000 Baht (£720) per month depending on qualifications
Start Dates: May and November are the two main intakes. Other times of the year possible
Teaching Hours: 18-24 per week
Accommodation: Apartment, small house or room in a shared house provided
Students Ages: 5-16 years
You will be trained with all of the other teachers in your intake in Bangkok
